Provenance isn’t a line on a spec sheet to us. It’s the reason the business exists. Every ingredient we supply can be traced back to the farm, the co-operative or the facility it came from, and in most cases to people we’ve known for years.
That matters more than ever. Shoppers want to know where their food comes from, retailers are asking harder questions about ethics and sustainability, and formulators need a supply they can rely on year after year. Working with growers directly, with fewer hands between grove and gate, is how we answer all three.
Traceable
Every ingredient is traceable to its origin: the farm, the co-operative or the facility it came from. If you need to know where something was grown, we can tell you.
Organic
Organic is available across our ranges and comes as standard on many of them, from agave inulin to coconut and natural vitamins and minerals.
Certified
Our supply partners hold the certifications your customers and auditors expect: Organic, non-GMO, FSSC 22000, BRCGS, Halal and Kosher.
Ethically harvested
Our coconut is harvested by hand, by people, on farms we’ve partnered with for years. No shortcuts and nothing in the chain we wouldn’t be happy to show you.

Where our ingredients come from
We source from a small number of places we know well, rather than wherever happens to be cheapest this season. It keeps quality consistent and lets us stand behind every ingredient we supply.
Mexico
Blue Weber agave grown in volcanic soils and hand-harvested after seven to ten years. The source of our agave syrup, powder and inulin.
United Kingdom
Natural vitamins and minerals extracted from plants, fungi, and algae, manufactured in the UK, with clinically proven bioavailability.
Sri Lanka
Coconut from farms we’ve worked with since 2024, hand-harvested and fully traceable. The source of our MCT oil, milk, powders, desiccated coconut and chips.
Further afield
Matcha from Japan and China; ube from established manufacturers in China, with new South American origins in development. Every one held to the same standard.
